Are you passionate about basketball and love working with kids? We’re looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Basketball Coaches to join our team on a casual basis. This role is ideal for those just starting their coaching journey or experienced coaches looking to supplement their income.
About the Role:
As a Basketball Coach, you’ll be responsible for leading engaging and educational training sessions for young athletes. Your goal is to develop their skills, foster a love for the game, and create a positive and fun learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver structured basketball training sessions for kids of various skill levels.
- Teach fundamental basketball skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
- Create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment for all participants.
- Provide encouragement, motivation, and constructive feedback.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during sessions.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians when needed.
