This individual will be responsible for business development, marketing, team recruitment, sponsorship acquisition, and operational management. This is a hybrid role including working from home, around Singapore, and travel opportunities to neighbouring countries as required.

Business Development & Growth

League Operations & Management

• Organize and manage all league logistics, including team registration, scheduling, and game-day operations.
• Develop and enforce league rules, policies, and safety guidelines.
• Hire and coordinate referees, scorekeepers, and other event staff.
• Ensure a high-quality game experience for players, spectators, and sponsors.

Community & Player Engagement

• Build a strong community presence through networking, partnerships, and direct outreach.
