Estimated Cost (USD):
Tournament entry $125 per player
Flights $250 return
Accommodation $20 per night
Meals $20 per day
Transportation $5 per day
We estimate the total cost for a player to participate in this trip will be approximately $500–$800 USD, depending on flights, accommodation and other travel arrangements.
Families are welcome to arrange their own flights and accommodation if they prefer. However, for team building, convenience and the overall team experience, we strongly recommend that players travel and stay together as a team wherever possible.
Please note: Attending these tryouts does not guarantee a place on the team, and players are not required to commit to the trip at this stage.
Final trip pricing and arrangements will be confirmed in September. At that time, selected players will be required to confirm their participation and make the necessary payment.

- Does attending the tryouts guarantee me a place on the team?
No. Attending the tryouts does not guarantee selection. Players will be assessed based on their basketball ability, attitude, teamwork, commitment and suitability for the team. - Do I have to commit to the trip when I attend the tryouts?
No. There is no commitment required at the tryout stage. Players who are selected will receive further information before being asked to confirm their participation. - How much will the trip cost?
The estimated cost is $500–$800 USD per player. This is an estimate and the final price will depend on flights, accommodation, meals and transportation. - What does the estimated cost include?
The estimated package is expected to cover Flights, Accommodation, Meals, Ground transportation, Tournament-related arrangements. Final inclusions and pricing will be confirmed in September. - Can my family arrange our own flights?
Yes. Families are welcome to source and book their own flights if they prefer. However, we recommend that the team travels together where possible to make transportation easier and maximise the team-building experience. - What is the cut of ages for Asia Pacific Cup?
12 & Under – Players born January 1, 2014 or later
14 & Under – Players born January 1, 2012 or later
16 & Under – Players born January 1, 2010 or later
18 & Under – Players born January 1, 2008 or later - Can we arrange our own accommodation?
Yes. Families may arrange their own accommodation if they prefer. That said, we strongly recommend that players stay together with the team where possible. This helps with team bonding, logistics and supervision. - When will the final price be confirmed?
Final pricing and travel arrangements are expected to be confirmed in September once flights, accommodation and transportation have been finalised. - When do I need to confirm my place?
Selected players will be asked to confirm their participation and make payment once the final trip pricing is released in September. - Where will the tournament be played?
The tournament will be held at basketball venues across Singapore. Final venue details will be provided once the tournament schedule is confirmed. - How long will the trip be?
The exact length of the trip will be confirmed once the tournament schedule and travel arrangements are finalised. - Will players travel together?
We strongly recommend that selected players travel and stay together as a team. This creates a better team experience and makes transportation and scheduling much easier. - Will there be coaches and team staff travelling with the players?
Yes. Team coaches and/or designated team staff will accompany the players and oversee the team’s tournament activities and logistics. - What if I am selected but cannot attend?
Selection does not obligate you to attend. However, once you confirm your participation and make payment, any cancellation or refund conditions will be subject to the final trip terms provided at that time. - What should players bring?
A detailed packing and equipment list will be provided to selected players before the trip. This will include basketball gear, clothing, travel documents and other essential items. - Do players need travel insurance?
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all players travelling internationally. Further requirements will be communicated before departure. - Who can I contact if I have questions?
