SEAJBL Club Promotion Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the promotional partnership between the Southeast Asia Junior Basketball League (SEAJBL) and affiliated clubs participating in SEAJBL league competitions.

By registering a team with SEAJBL, affiliated clubs are eligible to collaborate with SEAJBL for promotional support, subject to the following terms:

1. Eligibility for Promotion

• Promotional support is available to clubs officially registered with SEAJBL and whose teams are actively participating in the league during the current season.

• SEAJBL reserves the right to verify club eligibility and participation status at any time.

2. Scope of Promotion

• SEAJBL is pleased to promote affiliated club activities (e.g., camps, clinics, tryouts) via SEAJBL’s digital platforms, including social media channels and the official website.

• Promotions will be conducted in the spirit of mutual support and alignment with SEAJBL’s mission of growing junior basketball across Southeast Asia.

3. Promotion Guidelines

• Each club may request one (1) promotional post per calendar month.

• All promotional content must include a clear benefit or exclusive offer for SEAJBL members (e.g., “SEAJBL members receive 10% off” or “Free gift for SEAJBL members”).

• SEAJBL members are defined as individuals with an active user account registered on the official SEAJBL website.

• Clubs must provide SEAJBL with ready-to-publish artwork or submit a collaboration request by tagging SEAJBL in a social media post.

4. Brand Acknowledgement

• All promotional material must include a reference to SEAJBL, such as:

  • A visible SEAJBL logo in the artwork, and/or

  • A credit line such as: “Thanks SEAJBL for your support in sharing this event.”

• In turn, SEAJBL will acknowledge the club when publishing the promotional post (e.g., tagging the club and mentioning the initiative).

5. Additional Promotions

• Requests for more than one promotional post per month may be submitted for consideration.

• Approval is subject to content availability and at the sole discretion of SEAJBL.

• Requests will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

6. General Conditions

• SEAJBL reserves the right to decline or modify promotional content that does not align with SEAJBL’s values, branding standards, or community guidelines.

• Clubs are responsible for ensuring that any promotions they offer are accurate, current, and honoured as advertised.

By entering their teams into the SEAJBL, clubs acknowledge and agree to abide by the above terms for promotional collaboration.
